Organisational Structure
International Ship Engineering Service (I.S.E.S.) Association is represented at international level by its President who is elected to serve every year.

The current President is Scott Gibson from SIRM UK who was elected in June 2024 during our 61st Annual General Meeting in Cyprus. He is supported by the Vice President and the Board of Directors.
Board of Directors
The day to day activities of I.S.E.S. Association are entrusted to the Secretary General and Board of Directors (BoD). The BoD meets some two / three times a year and guides the policy of the organisation between Annual General Meetings (AGM).
A General Meeting of all Members and Affiliate Members shall be held in every calendar year at a time and place to be determined by the Board and shall be designated the Annual General Meeting of the Association..
The AGM co-ordinates the views and actions of members in the promotion of the Association worldwide among members and to the final customers (Ship-owners / Ship-managers / Ship-operators) and resolves any issues members may have (regulations, new players in the industry, market trends, exhibitions, new technologies, etc).
