ISES Association Supported Organization of Bunker Fuel and Ballast Water Compliance Conference and Exhibition

International Ship Engineering Service (ISES) Association Ltd proudly supports the upcoming International Bunker Fuel and Ballast Water Compliance Conference and Exhibition, BuBWCE’19 (12-14 Nov 2019, Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands Singapore).

The 3-Day industry event will address and showcase the practical impact, best practices and contingency measures following adoption of IMO’s 0.5 sulphur cap regulations by 1 January 2020, and the Ballast Water Management Convention already ratified by 81 countries and 80% of the global merchant fleet, with the requirement for installing a Ballast Water Management System on ships after 8 September 2019. Including a half-day optional pre-conference Ballast Water Management Systems course, BubWCE’19 will attract representatives from the marine, legal and commodity eco-systems.
